Quick vegetable and shrimp stir fry.

Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar⁣

  • 1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce⁣

  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce⁣

  • 2 tsp Siracha sauce⁣

  • 1 tsp Brown sugar⁣

  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce ⁣

  • Stir Fry
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper⁣

  • Salt to taste ⁣

  • 10-12 Raw peeled deveined shrimp⁣

  • ⁣ 3 tbsp Oil⁣

  • 1 Garlic clove crushed⁣

  • 1 tsp Minced ginger⁣

  • 2 Dried red chili⁣

  • 1 cup Any vegetables of choice ⁣

  • Cilantro for garnish⁣

  • Green onions for garnish ⁣

Directions

  • Sauce
  • Combine all the ingredients and prepare a sauce and set aside.⁣
  • Stir Fry
  • In a wok heat oil, to this add ginger, garlic and dried red chili and stir fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.⁣
  • To this add the shrimp and season with salt and white pepper. Cook for 30 seconds on each side on high.⁣
  • Add the vegetables of choice and cook for another minute. ⁣
  • Add the sauce and quickly stir fry to mix well. ⁣
  • Garnish with cilantro and green onions. ⁣
  • Turn off the heat and serve hot!! ⁣
