Directions
- In a glass bowl mix all the spices. Store in an air tight glass jar.

just a Q about the onions in the seekh kebabs. when they release water will it not soften the meat, hence it falling off of the skewer…?
No, the onions should not release water, make sure the meat is not wet at all though. Usually people like to wash the meat before marinating but you can’t do that with this recipe.
