Enjoy summer on a plate with a simple salad made with arugula, tender heirloom tomatoes, ripe and sweet peaches topped with burrata, fragrant basil, olive oil and balsamic reduction. This salad is sure to be a show stopper at your next family party!!

You may substitute pomegranate molasses in place of balsamic reduction and use fresh mozzarella in place burrata. This salad pairs really with sliced French baguette! It’s perfect for lunch and tea parties!!
