Ingredients
1⁄2 Cup Arugla
2 Small Heirloom tomatoes (Sliced)
2 Small Ripe peaches (Wedges)
1 Count Burrata
1⁄4 Cup Fresh basil
Olive oil
Balsamic reduction
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a serving plate arrange the arugla at the bottom of the plate, top it with sliced heirloom tomatoes, peaches, basil and burrata.
- Then drizzle with olive oil, balsamic reduction, pepper and salt.
- Enjoy with sliced baguette!!
