Ingredients
- Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
1 tsp Oyster sauce
2 tsp Siracha sauce
1 tsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
- Stir Fry
1/2 tsp White pepper
Salt to taste
10-12 Raw peeled deveined shrimp
3 tbsp Oil
1 Garlic clove crushed
1 tsp Minced ginger
2 Dried red chili
1 cup Any vegetables of choice
Cilantro for garnish
Green onions for garnish
Directions
- Sauce
- Combine all the ingredients and prepare a sauce and set aside.
- Stir Fry
- In a wok heat oil, to this add ginger, garlic and dried red chili and stir fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- To this add the shrimp and season with salt and white pepper. Cook for 30 seconds on each side on high.
- Add the vegetables of choice and cook for another minute.
- Add the sauce and quickly stir fry to mix well.
- Garnish with cilantro and green onions.
- Turn off the heat and serve hot!!
