1 Cup Packed cilantro
1⁄4 Cup Packed mint
1 Tsp Minced garlic
1 Tbsp Roasted cumin and coriander powder
3 Tbsp Date paste
4 Tbsp Tamarind pulp
2 Count Thai green chili
1⁄4 Cup Water
Directions
- In a blender add all the ingredients and add 1/4 cup and blend until smooth.
